Chalobah: No complaints, it’s up to us to improve

Trevoh Chalobah recognises the difficult spell Chelsea are enduring at the moment and believes the way to turn things around is by sticking together and remaining positive.
崔佛．查洛巴意識到卻爾西目前正在經歷困難時期，他相信扭轉局面的方法是團結一致，保持積極的態度。
Yesterday’s 4-0 loss at Manchester City in the FA Cup was our heaviest defeat of the season so far. The Blues came up well short against the champions with most of the damage done during a difficult 15-minute period before the break.
昨天藍軍在足總盃中 0-4 負於曼城，這是我們本賽季迄今為止最慘痛的一場失利。藍軍在與曼城的比賽中失利，大部分丟球都是在中場休息前艱難的 15 分鐘內。
Chalobah, playing from the start for the first time since the World Cup, explained what he thought were the main reasons for the defeat.
查洛巴自世界盃以來首次先發出場，他解釋了他認為球隊失利的主要原因。
‘As a team collectively we didn’t put enough pressure on them,’ he said. ‘They had a lot of time on the ball, a lot of space. Conceding three goals against any team is not good, and that was game done really. It was difficult.’
“作為一個團隊，我們沒有給他們足夠的壓力。” 他說， “他們有很多時間在控球，有很多空間。對陣任何球隊丟三個球都是不好的，比賽沒有懸念了，非常困難。”
It is now one win in our last 10 domestic games either side of the World Cup, although it is worth noting we have played Man City three times, Arsenal once and Newcastle in that timeframe.

Still, that run of form is not the norm at Chelsea and Chalobah is determined to put things right, starting at Craven Cottage on Thursday.

‘It’s a tough moment. It’s only ourselves we can look at. We have injuries but we have to use the players we have and get through. We don’t want to complain.

‘We have to work on what went wrong and look forward. Games are coming thick and fast. We have an important game on Thursday. We have to pick ourselves up and go again. We have to stick together, everyone in the dressing room, and keep positive.’
“我們必須解決問題，繼續向前看。比賽來得很快，週四我們有一場重要的比賽。我們必須振作起來，重新出發。我們必須團結一致，更衣室裡的每個人都要保持積極的態度。”
