The owners have a long-term vision, and the multi-club model won’t be fully functional immediately. As a result, and despite big spending so far, Potter isn’t going to have the team he wants overnight.

Of course, every manager is eventually judged by results, but the plan is not to make change without giving Potter more time and resource. Behdad Eghbali has told Potter this multiple times during this difficult spell.
