Potter delighted by a real team performance as quality makes the difference

Graham Potter confirmed he is more than satisfied with his week's work after seeing his team record a third victory in a row at Leicester City, believing we are receiving the benefits of our January signings starting to look at home in the side.

It was an entertaining and at times end-to-end match as Chelsea took on Leicester at the King Power Stadium, but it was the Blues that came out on top thanks to a trio of excellent goals - which combined individual brilliance with a fine team move - scored by Ben Chilwell, Kai Havertz and Mateo Kovacic.

"Joao's goal that was disallowed was a fantastic move apart from the last bit that was offside. We had really good bits of play, I think you need that but we still had the resilience to defend as a team and play as a team. The players have the quality but it's on us to improve as a team, attack well and if we do that then I think we'll keep scoring goals."
．What do you make of the BBC situation at the moment?
"Sorry, I haven't got too much to say about that because I was focusing on winning the game of football. I haven't got the capacity to look at the complexity of the situation, but hopefully it resolves itself."
