Wilson loaned to Rochdale

Kaiden Wilson has joined EFL side Rochdale on a season-long loan.
The defender was an important member of our successful Under-21 team last season and now embarks on his first loan in senior football.
Wilson, who signed a contract extension until 2030 earlier this year, joined Chelsea from grassroots football at Under-14 level.
The 20-year-old has developed through our Academy and was an unused substitute for our first team in the UEFA Conference League match away to Astana in December 2024.
We look forward to monitoring Kaiden’s progress at Spotland and wish him the best of luck for the season ahead.
